As every other year Bilsport Performance & Custom Motor Show was held during the easter. I was there for two days covering this amazing event. Just like last year it was packed with some of the most awesome cars you will ever see. Stanced cars, drift cars, rally cars and so much more. They expected 80.000 people to visit Elmia, as it’s also called…
Petter Sollberg drove this bugeye in 2002. A perfect rally car!
This EVO IX has a Lexus engine fitted with turbo, dropping 580hp and 790nM of torque!
Beatiful low RX7!
Mazda RX7 with a Viper V10 engine and twin turbo… spitting out 900whp. Unfortunatly the engine broke at the drift track later on…
The Norwegian Hammer was also present with his beautiful GT86.
Danish Toyota MR2, perfectly built, freshly repainted and combined with carbon parts.
Besides the show inside, you could see a lot of drifting fun in the outside action arena.
Toyota Corolla KE20 from Finland fitted with a 2.0 liter turbo engine.
This Porsche 918 replica was based on a Porsche Cayman. The engine comes from a Porsche 996 turbo and the bodywork is made out of full carbon. That bodywork actually only weighs 30 kilo now.
Amazing Volvo Amazon with a M60 V8 engine, special made carbon fiber fenders and a driveline from a Nissan Skyline R32!
Full carbon fiber body RX7. Badass Time Attack Car!
Norwegian drifter Joachim Waagaard’s V8 RX7 showing off its new look.
All in all, Elmia is a true petrolhead heaven.
