Our photographer Jordy de Droog went beast hunting… he certainly found one at the tuning company Total Car Concept. They are close partners of Switzer Performance, known for their godlike GTR engine upgrades…
We’ve known the dutch company Total Car Concept for a while and seen them regularly passing by in the dutch Time Attack championship with their Mines R34 Skyline. But the past few years they’ve been sinking their teeth in the new R35 weapons, like this one…
The engine was rebuilt to a 4.0l and fitted with Switzer Performance R1K turbochargers. To transfer the power they installed a full Dodson gear set, promax clutch and several other parts. Once the parts were all in place, it was tuned using a Syvecs ECU.
On pump fuel it produces a whopping 1014hp, but they’re not satisfied yet. Next up is E85 fuel and they’re aiming at 1200hp…
We’ll be praying to see this car in action on the track during the 2013 season! In the meanwhile we’d like to thank Jordy de Droog for another amazing photoshoot. Be sure to drop by on his Facebook portfolio to check out some more of his work and drop some support by hitting that L button.

Giet die E85 er eens in. Maak dat beest maar een Corn Fed! Leuke repo. 😀
Oh my gosh that is awesome! This would of been an awesome car to show at the SEMA show in Vegas. Maybe a good idea for those guys next year 🙂
